DEFENSE ATTORNEY:  Objection.

THE COURT:  Grounds?

DEFENSE ATTORNEY:  Your Honor, as to what the defendants knew, I’d object to that and move to strike.

PROSECUTOR:  Your Honor –

THE COURT:  Calls –

PROSECUTOR:  — I think he was saying the defendants –

THE COURT:  — for speculation.

PROSECUTOR:  Could I clarify?

THE COURT:  Go ahead.

PROSECUTOR:  Did you think they knew they were barred from the store or did you actually know they knew they were barred from the store?

DEFENSE ATTORNEY:  Objection.

THE COURT:  Sustained.

PROSECUTOR:  Your Honor –

THE COURT:  Sustained.  Move on, Madam Prosecutor.
